I ordered a big chandelier from Amazon on *rd july but Amazon delivered me a wrong product then took so many days already in the name of investigation and kept on telling me that you will refund my money as soon as the wrong product reaches to amazon. Now the product is returned back to Amazon already but you are not giving my money back. They are harassing me daily.
I'm following up with amazon since last *-* weeks continuously. Amazon took about ***** from me by displaying a big chandelier on their website and took advance payment from me. They had mentioned refund and return option to me in case of any wrong or different low quality product is sent by seller.
But now amazon is making me fool and extorting customer's money in the name if online shopping.
Amazon had created pickup of the wrong item only when they had investigated the matter during first * days of my return request and when they were fully verified that the seller has sent me something wrong and not delivered what I had paid for.
What did amazon do during first *-* days in the name of investigation? And if amazon seller was genuine then why did they create return and came to pickup the wrong product from my place?
Now I don't have the product as well as amazon is not giving me refund.
I'm a working lady and everyday I have been calling Amazon customer care daily to help me with refund. Because this is really a big amount for me. Amazon team keeps on giving me excuses. This is totally mental harassment to me, they are harassing me in the name of investigation and said that we don't have any resolution for you. Amazon decide at its own whether to refund or not.
I am requesting Amazon must refund me my money or else send me the original product for which I had paid in advance to Amazon.
