On ** march my order from nykaa was delivered. I got it delivered to my friends house as nykaa does not deliver to my location which is why I was not able to see the product within * days i.e the returning period of products on nykaa . I ordered a moisturizer which I have ordered before on nykaa only. The product I ordered was L'oreal paris hydra fresh anti-ox grape seed hydrating AQUA BALM. But what I recieved instead is L'oreal paris hydra fresh anti-ox grape seed hydrating BARRIER STRENGTHENING CREAM. When I ordered the product the Aqua Balm product was shown in the picture along with the same name. The reviews left below the product were of the aqua balm products as well. When I went to the link of ordered products the name and pictures were replaced. Also I talked to the customer care but no help was given. I also went to the Website of Loreal paris and no such product by name of BARRIER STRENGTHENING CREAM is available there. So it can be a fake product too. Pictures of both the moisturizers will be attached. I cannot attach the photos of reviews under the product I ordered as the app does not allow to take screen shots.
