Hello,
I ordered Fossil BQ**** KARLI Analog Watch - For Women from Flipkart on ** November ***** but received different product which is Fenix named watch. I alredy paid good amount of Rs ****/- for the Fossil watch which is branded..yet received low quality product against original product which I originally ordered. Hence, I request return of the product.
I alredy sent the image of received watch to Flipkart through "need help" portal .
I have called toll free customer care service number several times repeatedly as well as raised an issue through Flipkart app under "Contact us" category and even they failed to give me solution in this regard.
I have alredy submitted related documents such as photo of the delivered watch and Id proof of registered user i.e mine.However, my issue has been not resolved yet. Its been more than * days still there is no progress. They are denying the assistance.
