- Wrong Product Delivered and refused to return and closed my account Open

Hi,
i had ordered Samsung T* touch SSD *tb on **/Dec./****. of ***** rupees and paid online using my debit card.
and i got my product delivered on **th December,
when i opened that package i got shocked that the real Samsung T* ssd was missing and they have sent me a hard disk case So, i called the customer care and informed the same. I also informed them that I have recorded the unboxing video and asked how I would share that, they replied that they just need a picture of the product. and shared me a link, I have provided the same. Then he assured me that the amazon team will help me in the next ** hours.
After ** hours I am getting an email that my account has been closed without any proper justification. and they also mentioned that before then they already closed my one account. but they haven't provided any information regarding the same. as per my knowledge this the only one account which i had. and amazon is not the only option for ecommerce,
sir i am also a business person but ***** rupees is not a less amount and why amazon has closed my account
