- Wrong product delivered and company is denying replace Open
I ordered the product "AMERICAN TOURISTER
Unisex Black CLAYTON SPINNER Medium Trolley Bag
Size: M" in myntra.com using net payment, there was offer on this product, they charged me *,***/- INR.
The product got delivered on **th Nov ****. And when we opened the package then we realised that we received the wrong product. And the same day on **th Nov **** i raised the complaint and today is **th Nov **** they closed the issue without giving proper reason. I reopened the issue and asked why it is closed, then they informed that the product which is delivered is correct one.
Now i can't even cancel this item because the invoice stickers on the package box and soft copy of invoice have correct product details, but the the product inside the package was wrong and it not even worth of half the cost which i paid.
Now i am useless, i don't know what is the next step.
Kindly do needful and help me on this.
