- Wrong late fee charges and not blocking of card Open
I am having two credit cards from HDFC. Issue is i am not getting any email or sms about outstanding amount from *-* months for credit card ending digits ****. and agents called me after due dates and inform late fee penalty is raised due to non payment. This card is inactive from year . I have not received my renewed credit card and neither receive any call. I got reply from team that they have couriered the same but returned due to our unavailability. There is letter box at my home also no one have called for the same,also bank not sharing any docket no. details.
I am paying minimum due amount every month.
If payment got delayed its not mine mistake as i am not getting any details or reminder.
Also *-weeks back outstanding was **K but now its **k, means appx **** penalty raised within week, while i am sending continuous emails to credit card team. I hold payment as i want to clear my issue first.
I will not pay any late fee charges for year because of your mistakes.
Pls call me and discuss. I will pay amount excluded late fee charges.

YOur local recovery team Riya have misbehaved with me used abusive language. Is the way HDFC treats their customers. I also a regional service manager in IFB industries. But even I am not authorized to misbehave with customer as same will spoil my brand image. Pls give soft skill training to her and take action on her.
Pls resolve my concern and dont force me to take legal action. Its not about amount of Rs. **K its amount mental harassment from which we are going through because of your mistakes and improper processes and wrong people in system. then you have to pay more then this amount.
