- Wrong itinerary given Offered Resolution
I have booked the ticket from Trivandrum to Riyadh to travel on **-**-****. They have given the route from Trivandrum to Colombo, Columbus to Dubai via Srilankan Airlines and Dubai to Riyadh via Flynas flight. I was informed that I should transfer the luggage to Dubai. But in Dubai, they are not allowed me to take the luggage because I should have a visa to enter into Dubai and take luggage and transfer to another flight (flynas). I was shocked and approached Marhaba paid services to transfer my luggage. But when I reached Riyadh, I didn't receive my luggage. I lost *** dirhams for luggage transfer and I lost package which cost around **,*** Rs worth items.
