I have ordered * churidar materials from Ladydeal online shopping website on *-**-****. I received their messages about my orders like other online shopping websites. After some days the parcel came as cash on delivery to my address and my parents received it. I understood the cheating only after I opened the package that wrong items like * older and damaged sarees. Immediately I tried to return and refund through the website. They replied me that they will contact within ** working days. But the time limit is over now and there is no further contacts. Now I found the website is fake and if we message them, the mail is bouncing type and phone number also not reachable. I messaged them through face book several times, all time they replied as some ready made answer that return and refund policy. I found some similar case messages in the face book page of this particular company. I was doing online shopping from several companies since past * years and never experienced such a cheating. Now I lost my money **** and still have to keep the wrong products. Totally fed up this type of cheating.
