- Wrong item delivered and the return pickup is not taking place Closed
Ordered the product (a half-sleeved black T-shirt with lace inserts on the sleeves) on *rd May from AJIO and got the wrong product delivered. Then requested for return and refund which was taken but when the pickup guy came, he could not match the product id (What an irony!) because of some Ajio technical fault and he went back. I complained again about this and this time Ajio asked for the product image and price tag which I sent. Told me they will pick it up within **th May and same pickup guy incident happened again. He couldn’t match the id and went back.
Told the customer care again and they told this time they will make sure to pick up by **th May but nothing happened.
They are constantly emailing me that they are unable to contact me. Also, I have changed my registered mobile no in their website which was not updated because of some technical fault of their site (I have tried like *** times and every time I get an error message) and this also hasn’t been updated since then.
I have repeatedly mailed them my new no but they keep telling me that they are unable to reach me. I have contacted customer care for * times and every time they make the fake promise and give me a complaint id and ask me to wait for the resolution.
This cycle is taking place for almost ** days and I am really tired. I even contacted the grievance officer and waiting if they return my money.
