Starting from *nd May, ****.
I put up an order for the Lenovo Legion * which costs **,*** and it was delivered the very next day but upon opening the box, I found out that instead of a Lenovo laptop, some random Dell laptop was delivered.
I placed a complaint right away and was asked to wait till *th May for the investigation to be completed.
On *th May, I contacted amazon.in back and they told me nothing about the investigation and just accepted me refund but this didn't end here, my return was cancelled thrice before finally being accepted on **th May.
Today is **th May, * days since I've already returned the item and just a few hours ago I was told that I've sent the wrong item so just tell me one thing, if I haven't received the right item in the first place then how am I supposed to send it back?
Again after this, I was asked to wait for another investigation which will complete on **st May.
Please just help me out here, the anxiety and emotional stress is too much to take and I can't keep doing this anymore.
I have the video evidence, even chats with the customer care and do notice that they don't even feel anything related to the order.
