I got connecting last month and commitment was made to me by dealer that the current plan comes under "Covid ** "special plan and this plan would continue for atleast for some months and I need not to pay...I was charged Rs**** of which Rs **** refundable security and Rs **** installation charges..I was given false impression by dealer that at least this plan will run for *-* month and now backing out and saying Jio has removed Covid** plan recently.Checked with customer care and they say No as such plan existed and so false commitment was given .
