Today i called airtel to know that if i recharge today then this plan will activate from today or after the end of my current plan. She said the plan will activate after the expiry of current plan. After than i recharge d with Rs. *** and this wiped out my current plan which have ** days left and plan Rs. *** activated. When called to Airtel care they said the information given was wrong and for that we apologise. That was the fault of airtel not mine and sorry is not the solution. I need the Rs. *** plan should be active after my current plan expiry.
