I ordered "iBall ClickScan A404" from Amazon India website which was sold by the seller named "D'JazZ". The product delivered has camera of 2 MP which clicks awful images and the ocr function isn't working. The box of iBall clearly mentioned the Camera pixel of 2MP but it was deliberately omitted from Amazon website to sell their product. Amazon India customer care has denied refund for the product and stated that it is our fault that we didn't research well on other sites and believed the description provided on Amazon. We are cheated and the senior officials of Amazon have refused to do anything, and are also passing rude comments. They are calling us idiots because we believed what is written on their website. Please help us.
