- Wrong cancellation of flight Open
I made a booking for my friend Mr. Ishfaq Ahmad dhobi by make my trip for **rd-morning flight, which AirAsia rescheduled. Then I requested MMT to cancel it with a full refund on **nd morning. after * hour I got a call from AirAsia customer care cell and they gave me the option of rescheduling the flight date which I agreed for **th morning and they confirmed me by mail also with flight booking confirmation. Today morning airlines in airport informed Mr. Ishfaq that MMT has made a cancellation of your flight. After I discussed with Airasia, they said on **rd around * pm MMT has made a cancellation request whereas on **nd morning because of the internal system of MMT with AirAsia, AirAsia called me for reschedule and confirmed me by mail and must have updated their internal system also. Then how can on the second day ie **rd MMT can cancel the said confirmed booking?
Now a new ticket was taken for Rs *****/- plus the full day was a loss of work for him as he is a government employee in Kashmir.
