- Wrong calculation of total payable amount in bill that I have paid Open
The amount of my electricity bill is Rs.**** but I have paid the amount Rs.****/- online through paytm (receipt enclosed) as showing in the bill as the total payable amount for the period of Aug-** to Sep.-**. That is wrong calculated instead of Rs.****/- and one day in (June-**) when I was showing my all bill detail then I saw that I had to pay extra money Rs. **** suddenly I mail to sdo jundla on **-Jun-** and when no response comes by them I have mail and reminder nine times, but no response till now come and I have registered the online complaint also (complaint number cmpl********** dated on **-June-**, cmpl********** dated ** July-** & cmpl*********** dated **-Mar-** and complaint reply showing that (complaint has been resolved the status is closed) but when I contact to sdo jundla ( Sarvesh Kumar, mob. no. **********) he is saying that your bill is ok and you have paid your back balance amount and suddenly phone cut by him after that I try to contact much time but no any response come by him. But in bill clear mention that (energy charges ****.** + electricity duty charges **.** = ****) there is not mentioned any like this amount in the bill. (bill attached) I am working in Gurugram and unable to contact personally with sdo jundla. So kindly do the needful. I am attaching the bill and payment receipt for your reference.
