- Wrong bill for 11 km in a faulty cab Open

I want refund as I paid Rs **** just for ** kms travelling in a faulty cab which was not fit for dusty route with AC! I changed the cab and gave another Rs **** to get my work done. I expect a fair deduction for ** kms only. Rude Driver stopped the ride and amount was paid to him and he closed the ride. Please remove **** from Ola postpaid account and refund Rs ****. I just travelled ** km.
