Wrong and low quality product delivered Open

I have ordered a kurti and Saree online in Queenget.com site ( Order Number 17385) on December 29th 2017 and paid Rs 1070 on delivery. Today ( 3rd of January 2018)after delivery of product when I opened the parcel to my shock found a wrong and very low quality product which is not even worth 100rs. Colour, quality and product item itself wrong. I got it delivered by xpressbees when I called the person who delivered he said opened items will not be taken back by them and i need to raise complaint to Queenget.com. When I tried to contact the mail id and contact number mentioned in that site nothing is reachable. It seems to be a fraud service. I lost my money and couldnt tolerate it. Worried very much and feeling bad for all those who are cheated like me.
Kindly help in taking the complaint and help in getting back the amount and block the site so that no other person should be cheated.
