Good morning
I Need your help
I had ordered a MI power bank from zookr.in on **th February **** for Rs ***, and they sent me a used an old one of an unknown brand, which is not performing well. It was not a factory packed piece. Also the date on the product is **** as you can see from the attached photo
They also want me to foot the bill for the return courier. This website has totally lost my trust, and I think that even if I spend on returning the product, they will find an excuse to not refund a major part of my money
Please help me get the refund. On getting the refund I will hand over the product to their guy if he comes for pickup.
