I bought my vehicle on April **** from SMK Motors PVT LTD, Porur, Chennai. During Dec **th, I met an accident with my bike(TN-**-CX-****) nearby Porur and took my vehicle to SMK service and leave it for accidental service on that day itself. They said normally it will take around ** days to make it ready due to Spare parts. Then I went after ** days and enquired about my bike, they told that the parts are not yet received because of Christmas Holiday the Suzuki manufacture plant was shutdown upto to New year. Afterthat every day I called them for my vehicle but they are not responding properly, so I visited directly there and checked to know about my bike status. Finally after ** days(**.**.****), they called me and told that the vehicle is ready for delivery. Immediately I just visited the service center and checked my vehicle, in that one of the damaged parts (Cowling under LH) not changed but costs of the item including labour is charged from the insurance company. I just checked with them, they are convincing me to take my vehicle from there, this damaged item is not covered by Insurance and you need to pay from yourself for that. After that I just shown the bill to them, afterthat they agreed and promising that they will replace that damaged part in another * to * days. But for the past few days again I am following them(try calling more than ** times), they said that your part was ordered once arrived we will fix it. But today morning I came to know that the part has not ordered yet., I just asked them what you have ordered for my bike, they are simply blank and again they telling the same lie it will come in another * – * days and will be fixed.The same thing has been raised to Service & Showroom manager, but no action taken for us. They are simply cheating us. They received the amount, but failed to support us.Is this delay is because or Suzuki company or service center service. The technician in the service center simply blame us on company, they are not delivering the items. Now I feel shame on buying this Suzuki vehicle from this dealer.When my problem get solved, whom I need to raise this problem?SHOWROOM DETAILS: SMK MOTOR PVT LTDNO.**, Mount Ponamallee Trunk Road,Porur, Chennai-******.
