Actually, we were (couple with a *-year kid) returning from Srisailam we get into TSRTC Vajra bus which cast was *** per ticket on early morning *.** am. At that time the driver didn't mention that the bus is under repair. He simply took the money and gave a ticket but actually the bus is under repair from before night itself. The bus started from Srisailam and after the *hr journey, he suddenly stopped and he asked us to get down from the bus and asked to get into the ordinary bus which costs less than ***/- per ticket. Which causes very inconvenience to us and when asked about to refund they said their no way to refund money in a rude way. If he mentioned before itself we could change the bus but he didn't tell us. Kindly go through the issue and do needful to us.
