- WORST SERVICE EVER Open
Its not even been * months i have taken the connection of Gtpl due to the covid situation going on and in these * months itlself i have faced connection issues more than * to * times. Everytime i call to file complaints, they just say they will resolve the problem and again after two days the connection goes away. Their tech person comes and i dont know even if he solves the prob or just goes likes that taking the otp without even informing what the problem was. I got this connection because i have imp works to do and net is required. I never knew Gtpl gives this worst service else i would not have invested my **** rupees in this and would take some better connection. I will never recommend Gtpl to anyone..
