Actually this time my family is facing a repetition of mental harassment on the hands of Videocon d*h while my INR **** is completely stuck with them. Actually, after around two years my wife reconnected our d*h connection as we were living outside India. But she didn't think that it will be the same ordeal for her as it was two years back. It's not just limited to this instance but my interaction with Videocon d*h has always worsened over time. Two years back also this company literally made me and my family cry for just a small issue. They say their SLA is ** hrs and a person will surely visit our house but that ** hrs never ever arrives. Just for a small issue, they took a month to resolve while torturing daily saying the guys have reached as if he is standing on the door. The TV is very important especially for housewives and its tough to explain the ordeal that they go through due to this complete irresponsibility and "don't give a damn" attitude towards their customer. Actually, she gave **** just for complete reconnection and then continuously recharged a couple of times thinking it will activate the tv channels but every time the money got deducted but the issue is not resolved. She is continuously facing the torture over calls with customer care and they seriously don't even bother. Just say the same line "it will be resolved in ** hrs". Now this repetition of the same behaviour what we faced earlier from them made me write this email from my mobile. I am wondering is there anyone who could do something about this company? I mean how can they easily go away torturing their customers. How are they surviving? There is no tangible measure of the mental harassment that a person goes through but it is really beyond any money.
