I had booked * rooms in OYO ***** Vibrant Studio Near IBACO Pondicherry as I had planned a trip with my cousins [* Adults and * Children]
Booking IDs are as follows:

I had confirmed by Booking on the morning of the booking and I also had informed the customer support person that we are travelling with Kids.
When I reached the location the place was completely different from what was shown online. I will attach the pictures for your reference
Out of the * rooms only * rooms we ok and remaining * were a Nightmare
The room on the ground floor and Room no * were the ok rooms.
To begin with there was no drinking water.
There was empty liquor bottles and someone had vomitted in the balcony of Room #*, when I complained to the care taker he asked me not to open the balcony and he will lock it, it was smelling and it was a worst hygiene issue. We continued to adjust and stay as we were having * small kids and didnt know where to go in the last moment. We had paid the full amount. The next day morning the Heater in this room burst when switched on. The cupboard door was broken.
There we cigarette buds all over the property and the place was not cleaned in last **-** days or so would be my guess.
The bedsheets and the towels were previously used and was placed without washing in the rooms * and *. The floor was having shoes/slipper dirt marks of someone who had stayed n the room which was not cleaned.
I have attached the images below.
There were no dustbins also placed. Washbasins were clogged. Infested with insects.
Brooms and other cleaning items were kept in the open.
We had to request for doormats and we requested them to clean the room number * at least such that we can sit there and eat.
My biggest mistake is trusting OYO and planning the Trip.
Every single person in our group were left in a very bad experience.
I would not even wish such an experience even on my enemies.
The care taker Arun Prasanna over there must be new to the hospitality industry I guess as he didnt know how to handle any issues.
There was no HOUSE KEEPINGNO ROOM SERVICEHEATER BURSTCIGARETTE BUDS ALL OVER THE PLACEEMPTY LIQUOR BOTTLES AND VOMIT in the room
There as so many issues that I started questioning myself for selecting this property and apologized to my group for booking rooms in this property.
There were nearly *-* guys sitting in the common area who were not guests of other rooms also. They were simply using the place as a meeting spot I guess.
We vacated the first thing in the morning as we were fed up completely of all these and checked in to a different place where we felt better.
