I hired NoBroker legal services for khata transfer in Bangalore , they called me up and asked to make the payment immediate as there is discount and after taking the money there is literally no updates , it’s been * months I am still not sure if khata transfer it hey have applied also or not. Even I called them every morning they will say we will update you in * hours but then no one comes back . It’s been really a bullshit, please be away from NoBroker for any works
