This is very terrible to explain my experience with Pizza hut today!

On the occasion of my mom’s birthday I had sent a pizza to my sister is Bangalore. I got delivery confirmed mail and message around * PM. Later my sister called me and confronted that instead of Munekolala, the pizza was delivered to a different place (** kms away from her place) This had happened due to a technical glitz from pizza hut which was confirmed by delivery boy over call. Later the delivery boy stayed adamant and didn’t even try to deliver to the actual location or help to make it happen. I called pizza hut customer care thrice to find a way to make the pizza reach my sister again but they kept on assuring me that the store manager is going to call me after *-** mins which didn’t happen at all.
Although I may get my refund after */* weeks but still Pizza hut failed to deliver on such an important occasion.
And finally when I called at * PM to understand the current status, I got to know that the order was cancelled without any prior consent. I mean what the heck? Is it some kind of a fun, you don’t even take my consent before cancelling my order. This is very bad from a customer view point. Never expected such unprofessional and unethical behaviour from pizza hut.This is a definitely a big mistake from their end and I need an explanation and cover for that. Please pay utmost priority to this!
