- Worst customer service and no response on complaints raised Open
As per the Jio offer, I have been provided with Setop box. However the remote provided has not been functional right from day *. I have called like * times and every time they claim to fix the issue in ** hours. I had even escalated to the Appleate authority however there has been no response. I look forward that some one who is really valuing the customers looks into to fix the issue
