- Wood split within six months without use Open

Bought a six seater dinning set. Wood started to split from last month in one chair now all four chairs split in sides. Pepperfry customer service specialist said it will be replaced but their customer care executive named Afreen is saying damage is due to usage. Whereas we have another dinning set we use that regularly for last ** years that even not cracked from anywhere so we kept the new set like new so that we will use it later on. But Pepperfry denied to replace or repair and on third product page they have claimed to have seasoned good quality wood then why seasonal split and why Pepperfry deny to replace. I have not asked for any refund, I just want replacement all four chairs. We bought on EMI and which ended this month only now this cost me *****/-. Money doesn't rain that we spent and you Pepperfry can dupe like this.
