- Women harassment Flight Missing Open
I, Dheeraj chandran, had just booked a ticket to the vistara airline on **-**-**** for myself, my wife and baby (Infant). Flight booking reference number is UJSYN* and its flight time was @*:** am.We reported at the airport exactly before *.** am to check in. But as part of the social distancing my wife and baby were sitting in a seat. The airhostess who is doing the checkin process was calling my wife from there and harassing her without keeping any social distance.Even though we have been authorized by the ** kilogram weight of leggage + hand baggage, they have allowed us ** kilograms. When we were ready to pay the rest, they said that we could not afford above ** kilograms in one bag.So when the goods were transferred from a bag that was more than ** kilograms to a light weight bag, it was *.** in time, so he said that, check in closed. He also said go and book for a new ticket and take a ride soon.I have been forced to bring my serious complaint against mental harassment & deliberate discrimination by a airhostess of vistara. The management, especially a person named as abhilash nair has refused to deal with the matter seriously. You are requested to take necessary action against Mr Abhilash Vistara staff & under intimation to this mail.
