Complaint filed against: Zomato
on date 12 Nov 2018, I order 2 burger meal from burger king Rs 311 and also confirm the order with zomato guy. But when I m going to received my meal, the delivery boy charge me Rs 601 for 4 burger meal, as per my order we ask for 2 meal n unnecessary they send 4 meal. Then talk to your zomato executive guys and the issue sort out. We paid one meal 311 and On date 13 Nov 2018 I order again noodle full plate Rs 100 , I paid that amount through my paytm wallet. After sum time check my paytm wallet I saw they charge me Rs 421 , I talk with your executive he told me they have charged me my previous cancel order. Seriously with disappointed moment without any cancellation message how they can secure amount. This is the fault from who are taking order. And there is no way I have to pay. But Rs 421 is not big amount ,but for me I not satisfied with zomato, a brand is doing like this. I will not recommend my Frnds for going with zomato. If my amount will not refund then I will delete my zomato account and as well as I frwd same mail to higher authority of zomato.
