I've complained to gtpl customer care on **th May ****, for no internet connection on broadband. Since then I've called them several times. But they have only fake consolation and promise to provide and not any actual action to take to solve my broadband connectivity issue. Now I'm tired of Calling and waiting. I want refund for remaining months of one year plan. I don't want to continue with gtpl broadband connection anymore. I've zero faith in their service. So help me to get refund from gtpl.
