Wifi stops every day. They give a new reason for outage every day. In the last * days, I've filed * complains. They have a policy of ** hours resolution, and for my complains the technical guy did not visit, and changed the complain status to resolve without even solving the problem, while I was wating for the problem to be solved.
Some customer support ladu also hung-up on my call while I am talking. Appellate authorities are also not giving a proper response. I asked him if he can guarantee that if I can get seamless internet for even one day, just one day without cut - and he couldn't say yes.
