On **th October I had registered a complaint (DEL***********) that our machine was not in-taking any water wherein the service engineer visited on **th evening and immediately after repairing the machine, it was observed that the water was now flowing outside from the machine while the machine was in-taking water. I immediately informed the service engineer requesting him to come and recheck what the problem was. The next day morning he visited and informed that there was a problem with the soap dispenser which needed replacement and asked me to also register another complaint which I duly registered with no. DEL***********. It was also indicated that the same would be replaced by the **th.
