I was surfing quikr.com on **-march-**** then there was an advertisement of selling apple macbook pro with seller's email; arjunsaket***@gmail.com. I contacted him through gmail, then he asked me for whatsapp number, then i got message through whatsapp number +* *** *** **** that we're selling apple macbook to india with affordable price because I work in carphone warehouse london and we are buying directly from the manufacturer company and also it’s the year **% discount promo item ending today. I became interested with his deal after bargaining to Rs.*****/- for a macbook. As he said, I paid Rs. *****/- by three transaction through my paytm payment bank to his accountant name; Ramlal Saket, Phone number; **********, Account Number; *********** of his State Bank of India, Madhya Pradesh: Rewa main branch with IFSC Code SBIN*******.

I sent all screenshots to whatsapp number +* *** *** **** respectively, then he gave me photo of a invoice from company called Carphone warehouse london. I do not know if that invoice is true or not. Then he gave me an unknown tracking website http://xpresscargo.is-best.net
tracking number: ***********
maybe it is a website design in wordpress by their fraud team, you might see there is no information to contact courier customer care.
When tracking shows parcel at turkey, he texted me shipment is hold at turkey so he asked me for extra Rs.*****/- for custom fees from importing item from UK to India and he texted me that there will no problem at time when shipment will arrive at India Airport. He said within one hour send me otherwise shipment will be ceased, so with fear I also paid Rs.*****/-, IMPS Reference No.: ************ to Ramlal Saket's SBI bank from my paytm payment bank at **:** AM. Within ** to ** later tracking updated that package released from turkey,
Now when tracking shows parcel at Pakistan again he texted me parcel at hold and pay custom fees of Rs.* lakh. Then i'm sure it's a scam. Neither product shipped from UK to Turkey to Pakistan, because he want more and more money at that we can not afford, then he's excusing at each text that something problem has been happened and you have to pay. Then i asked him his identity card, he shows he's Chris from Carphone warehouse London serving * years at this end. Again i found another two advertisement in quikr.com to check, so by contacting by respective email i found two other whatsapp number +* *** *** **** and +* *** *** ****. When i asked them send me your respective identity card they all are showing same identity card, when i asked each to another they are saying scam to each other. one is saying he's scammer while another saying he's using my Identity card. I'm sure all three of them are scammer.
Bottom Line: I would like to say, these all are scams. we students have problem of money and through buying a laptop I'm suffering scam. I hope your team will take necessary action as soon as possible. My money have gone to Ramlal Saket's account. Catch their team as they are doing scam to people who is less aware about cyber crime and internet cheating. To be honest I was less aware about online fraud and scam at that time when I was dealing with him and paid with blind believe. I want refund my money so I could buy laptop from store. Do action as soon as possible.
