- What refund not replacement of faulty product delivered by flipkart Closed
We want our money to be refunded.
Below are reason listed for not the replacement bt the refund:
*) We have purchased good brand AC from flipkart in the thought that there will no harassment if any problem will come as prime customer of flipkart atleast this kind of treatment we can expect but the things that is happed is totally opposite of that since more than a month we chasing for this product to work well bt flipkart not bother to resolve the problem.There is no guarantee provided by the flipkart that the AC that is being delivered next will not be faulty piece. We already paid rs **** for installation when it is delivered us first time, now again same amount we can't afford without the assurance that the product will not be faulty. As it's our hard earn money which we have invested to purchase this item first n than to install it becz flipkart not send any technician to install there product after so many follow ups. N summer are on pick we have to go for ourself technician for the installation. In this our money, time n mental piece all is gone.
If again this problem will arrive than is flipkart is willing to pay installation amount of *st, *nd n list will go on if the refund is not done. We already paid rs **** + rs ***** + the installation of replaced AC. Now will flipkart pay that much of amount if again the fault will come.
Please we dnt want to be harassed more so plz return our amount of AC n we dnt want replacement.
Hoping my hard earn money will be refunded soon after this much of harassment.
