- Web Cam Problem Unresolved in Laptop inspite of Repetitive Followup Closed
We are using a Dell Inspiron Laptop which is under onsite Service Warranty , the Web Cam of the Laptop is not working and we have raised several complaint requests at official Dell Customer Care . Problem is still unresolved I have wasted Hours in contacting Dell customer care however the Problem still stands unresolved even after multiple followups with the Company .
