No Broker is a waste Portal . Initially when we downloaded the app we were getting constant calls for purchasing the plan saying we have many properties waiting for you for that you need to Purchase the plan first . Soon after we purchased we couldn’t find any relevant properties , even our relationship manager said there are very few properties these days in Pune for you in your budget, when they very well knew our budget still they were giving false assurance so that we buy the Plan . Thereafter we would do all the research in finding the properties and the relationship manager would only call the concerned person after us finding and short listing. On there recommendation we visited one property which was not at all maintained and looked quite dingy to us .They are least concerned and don’t do any research before asking the clients to visit . Very poor service and we are highly disappointed . At the end we found a property that too in our budget and newly constructed posh locality through a local broker as NO BROKER was of no good to us. We will never recommend NO BROKER to anyone . People please beware and do not purchase there plan no matter how hard they try to convince you like us as we made a huge mistake and wasted our money for no good . We want our money back as we did all the hardwork and they were least concerned if we would not find any relevant properties for a day or two they would also not do anything and no calls would come saying they have shortlisted . We had to put in all the efforts . Then why should we pay them when they did nothing . Literally nothing was done by them . We want refund as we feel Cheated by them , as when they had nothing in hand then why did they give false hope just to make us purchase there so called Plan . It was all our efforts .
