I ordered two full changezi paneer tikka costing 500 rs from New Manish Eating Point,Lucknow via ZOMATO.I made and online payement for it.When the food was delivered we found out that the food quantity was very less.Later referring to the restaurant invoice we came to the conclusion that we have been delivered incomplete order i.e. two half paneer tikkas costing Rs. 315,instead of full(what we paid for).As I was not in the town for 2 days,I called the customer care as soon as I could.The customer care did not respond to my complaint well and imformed me that they won't be able to help me anyway because I was 2 days late filing the complaint. I have the restaurant invoice with me as well as the online transaction details.Someone please help me out ASAP.
