with reference to above, I would like to inform that i have purchased a mobile REDMI NOTE *PRO NEBULA RED ** GB with * year brand warranty and * months for accessories on dated **-**-**** from flip kart and sold by SHREYASH RETAIL PVT LTD.
I further inform that I am facing "BLACK SCREEN" issue while only * month has gone and whenever I check my phone in YOUR MI authorised service centre at DIVINE GALAXY E-SERVICES AT ***, ist floor aggarwal city plaza, sector-* rohini, new delhi ******, they have charged ***/- and also made bill for rs. ****.** while my phone is on warranty.
At time of purchasing phone required software update which I can not complete and whenever i check you MI SERVICE CENTRE, they told me there is water in the phone while "no water fallen down in the mobile" they want to fool me and taking money. this is not fare.
they are got down you NAME AND FAME OUT from market by taking money over warranty period, therefore you are requested to please replace my phone on priory as I have purchase phone *****/- and now i have no money to repair so highly cost.
kindly look into the matter and do the needful under intimation to me.
copy of bill and inspection sheet and repair bill is enclose here with for your needful action.
