I purchased Samsung Bluetooth Earphones in Apple Mobiles on **/**/****. This shop located in Chandanagar in Hyderabad. At that time sales person told to me this product having * year warrenty. If u will get any problems or if this product will not work properly during this warrenty period then we will replace whole product. Based upon his words I purchased and taken bill for that from them. This product not working properly from after one month of purchased date. So yesterday that means nearly * months after went to shop and spoken to sales person regarding facing problem and warranty. That sales person said there is no warranty and guarantee on this product. So we cant do anything about on this product. Then asked to shop owner he also said same words of sales person. I seriously asked to both of them how can they given bill for that product with out warranty and how can they sold branded product without warranty.? But didn't receive any response from them. They simply said this product has no warranty. We can't do anything. So after discussed to them I completely understood they blamed me. In the same way so many customers blamed by them. So I want to File a complaint in consumer forum against that shop and shop owner. I need to replace this product or I want compensation for this product from that shop.
