- Warranty issue Poco f1 Open
I have purchased Xiaomi poco f* mobile *(**-**-****) months ago. On **-**-**** sunday, the phone had got shutdown and dont know the reason. I tried the charge the phone where it was not responding and was not getting charge. On **-**-****, then I took it to near by Xiaomi service center. After they inspected the mobile they had told me that the mobile's motherboard was bent in to a curve. So I have asked why it was happened as there was no physical damage done for the mobile. But the service center people said that the normal usage might cause the bent and the " Warranty is not valid" for this reason. I don't know why., why the company is releasing such low quality mobile which will damage for normal use. I have used mobile in a way the mobile intended for like calling, multitasking, video streaming and browsing etc,..
Now they are giving me price quotation for repair as the warranty is not valid. But why I should pay because I did not do any damage to the mobile and there was no damage I could see on mobile from outside.
So I have rejected the service from Xiaomi service center and escalated to the customer care yesterday day (on **-**-****). They have told me that I would get a call from high authority but I have not received yet.
Please help me in this.
