I have ordered Wakefit mattress but the product was not fitted correctly so I requested to return and they have arrange thr pick up via blue drat courier on **/**/** blue drat did reverse pickup and they delivered the product at Hosur location on */*/**

Although I have shared all the details with Wakefit they still not issuing my refund and every time they have scripted answer to wait for ** to ** hours we have escalated the issue to concern team but every time I follow up with Wakefit I don’t get any satisfied answer Wakefit is fraud running scam please help to get get my hard earned money back from Wakefit
