My customer ID is **********.I has installed net plus broadband on**.**.****and applied for voice facility on **.**.****.The customer care told me that your telephone facility will be activated within **-** hours. But this facility is not still activated even on **.**.****. Customer care is being connected regularly and they only reply each day that today your voice facility will be activated.
