I have applied for conversion of postpaid plan to prepaid plan on **th of May. I was given a new prepaid sim and paid Rs **** for yearly validity. Also I made sure of clearing outstanding bill of postpaid account. ** days has been passed, but the prepaid sim is not active. I have visited the sector **, Noida branch thrice. I call them everyday twice still the service is not active. Our bank transactions are pending due to this problem. We are very disappointed.
