I have booked visit visa for UAE through MMT on **th Jan ****. they have committed to provide approval on **rd Jan ****. today is **th Jan ****, still my visa is showing in progress. No update showing in the application. I have called customer care number, no response is coming, by default call gets disconnected, very poor customer assist. I also have submitted my complaint over twitter to make my trip. they have just replied we will get back to you, no one is helping. this is scam going with Make my trip. Please help me for getting my money back.
