- Videocon installation not at all done Open
On *th July, I have purchased a videocon d*h set-top box through their online website and received a receipt where they mentioned that installation will be done in ** hours. However, I did not receive any confirmation call or message about this from their side. So, the next day I got sceptical and called their customer service team several times to enquire about this, but most of the time their executives told me that I have to be on hold for ** seconds while in fact, they made me wait for more than ** minutes without any response for each call making me disconnect the call myself. Finally, after several calls, someone from their team said that it will be done in * working hours but no technician turned up to do the installation after those * hours passed. So, I called them again several times going through the same scene of being made to wait for more than ** minutes for each call without any response from their side and finally getting told that it will be done in next * working hours. However, as I expected, nobody turned up and to my surprise, I have not received even a single call or message from them regarding my installation. Then, I called them again on **th July, going through waiting of more than ** minutes for each call and getting told that it will be done by * pm on that day but none came. Then after several calls, I got told that it will be done by **th July ** am and guess what, I dont see anyone here and I am really disappointed with the way they are wasting my time and their highly unprofessional service. So, I want a refund on this purchase and I dont want the installation as I can imagine what can happen with such a highly unprofessional team of goats. I have attached my purchase receipt with this complaint. Please get my money refunded. I don't want this company's shitty and unprofessional service.
