- Videocon D2h is not refunding my money even after 15 days Open
They are not refunding money and doing unnecessary harassment. I have done recharge through my credit card and it got failed when I request them for a refund they are simply harassing. I have raised complaint id two times as follows ********* on **th of May and ********* on **th of May. For both the resolution they are mention "insufficient information provided". When I am asking for the exact reason or the information the exact reason they again ask me to register a new complaint. I am totally fade up with this. Seeking help from you. I have the attached mail transaction copy if required please let me know.
