- Very Poor Service ^Open

I am fromCorrespondent, NSRIT, Satyam, Visakhapatnam. We sent two of our faculty members to Germany from the college side for Applied Robotic training in Germany. I booked the tickets for them on Mr.Ch.Kranthi, registered mobile no with Goibibo. As Goibibo did not resolve my issue for the last ** days I want to proceed to this forum. We booked the tickets with Goibibo by a PNR number GTCGVS Madras -Frankfurt. Round trip cost of Rs *,**,***. Because of the delay in visa processing, I called customer care on **th May asked them to cancel and kept hold for rescheduling. They did and gave reference id ********.
Then on **th evening at * pm, I again called the customer care to ask them to reschedule by paying the fare difference. They could not resolve my issue up to midnight at **.** pm. I made calls more than ** times they irritated me just * minutes then they use to terminate the call. Meanwhile, prices are going up. On next day morning again I started calling them, they responded asked me to pay the difference of Rs **,***. They initiated payment link I paid the amount. But again they started playing with me they said Oman air, later emirates later Air India etc. They could not confirm the ticket till **th evening at * pm (again I called more than ** times to customer care).
They finally said not able to book. I said if not possible from your end just don't play or drag the issue. Ticket prices are going up all the time to cancel and initiate a refund. One Mr Shivam said sorry for the trouble caused we will initiate a refund on a priority basis. Till today I have not received any mail saying refund initiated for an amount of this much. Today (**st May), I called again in the morning *.** am they said my supervisor will get back to you. I waited for an hour no one called me again called customer care they said supervisor will get back to me. They are telling lies and simply dragging the issue. My Initial booking amount of Rs *,**,*** plus later fare difference of Rs **,*** are with them.
All the above drama happened on the telephonic conversation with my number and on record. Please do the needful.
Because of their poor service and not able to resolve, I lost * days of very important works and the total amount of Rs *,**,*** held up. The faculty not able to book local transport and also hotel confirmation in Germany created very big panic. Nearly Rs **,*** loss on top of the amount held with them.
