I need a proper justification from Videocon d*h service. I have recharged for the *-year package in April ****. As per the promises and confirmation from Videocon customer support executive and supervisors I am supposed to view all the channels for what I have paid. After a few months, they removed ten sports. Upon enquiry, they said it will not a part of your package anymore and you need to pay again to view it. Now they removed star sports Sony six and many channels. Again on enquiry, they are saying you need to pay separately again. What is the point of paying for one whole year? They are simply getting money for channels again and again and again for which I have already paid in a whole. Then what about the promises they provided last year when I am recharging last year. This a total blunder and really frustrating. Those irresponsible representatives are providing totally irresponsible responses when enquired. They are failing to give their employee ID number. From yesterday night I have called to the useless d*h customer care more than ** times. Still, they fail to provide a proper solution. I have attached the screenshot of the call log. I am really hurt and disappointed. They cheated me.
