- Very bad customer service from Airtel DTH Open
My Airtel DTH customer Id is **********. This complaint about the bad customer service of Airtel DTH. I have registered for a new connection on May **, ****, through their website but they did not do any initiative to install the same for another two weeks. After lots of complaints through phone calls and emails finally, it is installed at my home by June *, ****. But even after the account activation, I could not add any additional channels through any of the media. I have tried using the mobile application, website and directly contacted the Customer Service.
So I have registered another complaint on June *, ****, about this self-care related issue and they provided a reply that it will resolve within ** hours. Even after ** days, the issue is not resolved. I have sent lots of service requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. But they are not providing any positive feedback.
I spent lots of my time to contact them and spend lots of money to call customer service. Last few days they are not responding and it seems like they are not responsible for customer satisfaction. I am attaching all my email communication with them and you can find how irresponsible these people. Thanks and expecting an immediate resolution for this issue.
