My Vehicle underwent the servicing and denting painting work in May **** at Espirit Toyota, Mohan cooperative. I reported few issue to them like noise from the right front door while opening and closing, one of the accessary fitted (of toyota brand) on my driving side door stopped working while other * LED's on the doors are intact, i also reported an issue of under-performance of the vehicle post service. Nothing being done in this regard.
**th May - My vehicle broke down and i cannot engage the gears. RSA took * hours to reach me though their SLA is ** min. Next day i get to know clutch plates are stuck with each other which means i have to get new clutch plate installed as it is not covered under extended warranty. I did not get the clear justification of clutch plates getting replaced at ***** km only. I have to shell off money to get it replaced and still i am not sure how long will it work coz the root cause of the issue is not identified till now. Nothing being done to check why the vehicle is underperforming.
